Return & Refund Policy – Bandit’s Print Den

At Bandit’s Print Den, every item is 3D printed to order with care and attention to detail. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right — while also maintaining a fair policy that supports our small business.


Satisfaction Guarantee

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the problem through replacement, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for general reasons (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, etc.).

We do make exceptions for the following:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days.
Required photos:

  • The damaged area

  • The entire item

  • The packaging it came in

We will send a free replacement or offer an alternative resolution.

Incorrect Item Received

If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct it immediately at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • 3D printed, made-to-order items

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged from misuse or modification

  • Digital files


Replacements

We provide free replacements for items that:

  • Arrive damaged

  • Have printing defects that affect use

  • Were printed incorrectly

  • Do not match the listing description

Replacements include free shipping.


Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The item cannot be replaced

  • The order was cancelled before printing started

  • The issue was caused by an error on our end

Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.


Photo Documentation

For any damage or defect claim, clear photos are required. This ensures fair resolutions and helps us improve product quality.
